Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at FINLABS, they oversee a company specializing in digital transformation solutions, digital asset custody and tokenization, professional integration services, software development, and core banking implementation.

Patricio (Pato) Medina is a senior executive dedicated to helping financial institutions accelerate the value of their core and digital transformation initiatives. With over 25 years of global experience across Financial Services, FinTech and Telecommunications, he brings a pragmatic outcome-driven approach to addressing complex business and technology challenges.
 
At FINLABS, Patricio works closely with banks and financial institutions to unlock the full potential of their platforms, particularly in environments powered by solutions such as Temenos. His focus is on delivering measurable improvements in operational efficiency, product agility and time-to-market, enabling organizations to maximize their technology investments and respond effectively to evolving market demands.
 
He holds executive education credentials from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, IPADE Business School, and UADE, along with a postgraduate degree in management and strategy.
